Even normal Lopunny is unironically good. It's a fast Trick user with Klutz. Give it a Flame orb and you can cripple any physical attacker and pretty easily hit with a powerful High Jump Kick when necessary

I personally like pretty or feminine looking pokemon because I really like pretty things. If I was actually a pokemon trainer, I would take so much pride in having my pretty and strong pokemon, I'd love to make them pretty jewelry and hair accessories or something lol. I love tsareena and Glaceon even though they've got a fair share of weaknesses. They're my babies lol. I really like nihlego, pheromosa, gardevoir, litigant, florges, lopunny, primarina(I absolutely love mermaids lol) and the list goes on, but I'm sure you get the point lol. I do think it's funny as hell to make jokes about my pokemon being lesbians though lmfao.

i love Tsareena because when i played through Sun the first time i caught a little Bounsweet and kept her with me the entire journey and she carried me when she evolved, sucks it got the same treatment as Gardevoir :/

Like, they are legitimately animals, and this game/anime/tcg is targeted towards KIDS, Imagine like a 7 year old searching up Vaporeon on the internet bc he/she liked it, and finding… that.

Ah man. I'm using Tsareena right now in Pokemon Violet and I didn't realize how high its Sp. Def was! Its my counter to Sp. Atkrs and carrying my team in the game. Just wish it was faster though

Late, but watching TyranitarTube's videos since the speculation period of S&V, to after the games came out, really made me realize how much I love talking about Pokemon lore and rumors. Like this is in part due to TTar's charisma, but I've never had more fun talking about theories for a video game than watching his videos on potential rumors for SV, Area Zero, Heath, Terapagos, the Paldean Empire. Those videos gave me so much joy and that's one of the reasons I'm still so loyal to the Pokémon community. You guys are pretty cool.

7:45 i'm really glad this was brought up. and was said the way it was because i have a story when i started scarlet, i picked myself up a shroodle i named 'shroop', and he very quickly became a very loved pokemon despite it not being a very good one. i carried it alllll the way to the end. and included it in every major battle, simply because i loved him. there wasn't anything special about him, stat or ability wise. i just really liked him. i ended up bringing him to the champion, and was DETERMINED to have him kill her ace. he died 6 times, but i'd max revive him everytime, and throw him back in. and i succeeded, i never got mad when he died because i understood that he was weak. but i loved him, and he meant alot to me, and him being the one to finnish off the champion meant alot to me as well.

Would say getting a full Pokemon for recent games after ultra sun and moon is easier. But scarlet and violet’s system made it so much more easier. The hold numbers thing was genius and partly while coming from wanting to complete it was also a form of people coming together to help others. Sword and shield I had someone I trusted enough to help the completing my Pokédex. Next time around my brother had a switch so he helped me when it came to the box art pokemon. Sure there are two of them but I like keeping both. If I need one to be dragon only while the other is fighting it’s great I don’t need to keep changing their Tera types.

Charity hits hard one time I quit Pokemon for a month and that’s when the charizard event happened by the time I heard about it the event had finished and charizard is my favorite Pokemon but while surprise trading someone traded me a charmander and it felt really good anyway keep up the great work amazing video

10:11 I know of 2 people with a shiny living dex, and currently I'm working on one as well, hoping to at least be in the first dozen people to achieve one. I could not reccomend doing a shiny living dex more, but it is the most time consumming thing Ive ever done, and over the past 5-6 years, I'm only about 400 pokemon in. If you have patience, it's truly a ton of fun.

3:53 a close friend of mine's favorite pokemon is Decidueye and during my hunts on Legends i found my first shiny alpha rowlet that i plan on giving to her whenever she can get it i also got an extra shiny squirtle during my charmless massuda hunt that im also planning to gift to another friend when Indigo Disc comes out, he got really unlucky and his savefile corrupted so im helping him getting some shinnies back

I am actually a liker of scarlet and violet, given when I played the game I knew it was FAR from perfect in terms of development, but I hadn’t really encountered many glitches but I did see the low frame rates. I often tend to look past the glitches and focus more on the story and gameplay rather than the outside. Like a wise ogre said. “Onions have layers!” And I believe that games do too. For starters you have a pick of EIGHT. PSUDO LEGENDARIES! (Granted some of those are version exclusive such as dragapult, and tyranatar) but hey at least you can still get a psudo. Like garchomp, and the story is probably my second favorite next to the black and white story. And I like how they managed to actually make a free roam game with their story by separating it into three-to-four segments. Edit: I also love gen 5 despite its reputation, I even have a copy of Pokémon black for the ds and planning on getting black 2 for Christmas. in fact some of my favorite Pokémon came from this generation: the haxous line, hydragon, golurk, the litwick line, cofagigus, emolga, the tepig and oshawatt lines, the krookadile line the weather trio, and one of my favorite box art legendaries is zekrom! And my favorite villain team is team plasma! Don’t worry I love gen 3 as well and plan on getting platinum as well

I can understand the full odds hunters, I myself don’t have the patience to do a full odds hunt, but I decided not to get the shiny charm in Scarlet because you go through “encounters” extremely fast anyways and it’s just a good feeling when a random full odds pops up. In Scarlet alone I have 8 completely random full odds out of a total of 18 in my life.

Not sure if there's another Pokémon headcanon video but when I was doing my Normal type only Platinum playthrough, I had a headcanon that Barry had some form of ADHD. He's always running around and everyone comments that he can't sit still. I just had this feeling that he had to be somewhere on the spectrum from my interactions with him throughout the game.

I am one of those trainers that tries to be nice during Surprise Trade; mostly just stuff with matched pokeballs and/or hidden abilities or slightly useful things like trade evos. Also been hoarding Magikarps and the like from those trades because it spares folks from those less interesting trades while getting more grit in Legends Arceus.

Vaporeon is a special Pokémon for me because of a very specific reason xD (and NO, it’s NOT because of the weird a$$ fan art that exists online💀). The reason is that I played Pokémon (go) since like the beginning and, in the early days, getting a Pokémon with over 3 000 cp was a huge accomplishment for me and it just happened so that vaporeon was (at least) one the first that I got as a 3000+cp-er ;). I once traded a legendary just because I wanted to make someone happy. Today, someone traded me a legit, perfect IV shiny Japanese ditto. I've been really sick so it really made my day. I'm going to pass it on by giving people my extra perfect IV Pokémon I get while shiny breeding.

A living dex is easy, a living dex with every form of Pokémon from its original region was a lot of work. Shiny dex is in progress but it's a very ambitious project. I'm around 300/1000.

As someone who like Zoroark I can feel that many people will look at me weirdly because Zoroark has been sexualized too. And everytime Zorua is in the game I spend my time just hunting for it just to add to my team. I used many pokemon that weren't strong in my Violet playthrough, like a shiny Golduck that I got as Psyduck while going to the titan Bombirdier. I only got that shiny because a random rockruff forced me inti the battle and I didn't have a shiny charm. It was all blind luck. And Zoroark swept through the psychic gym on my second try. And I like all of the Pokemon regardless of what people think and say, same with many Pokemon. I like X and Y because it's my childhood since I grew up watching pokemon XYZ anime. And recently I helped my friend get into pokemon by doing a randomizer Soul link and genuinely I have fun so far. I explain to her hoe the nuzlockes and soul links go and how pokemon type chart works and how to progress forward (we're doing it on HGSS). And I love those people that are willing to trade version exclusives via Pokémon home to help me and probably other people without a friend that owns the second version with completing our Pokedexes

pokemon is fun I will never give up on it but sometimes I get burned out no idea maybe because I am older but I found myself playing Smash And Mario Kart but when that new Pokemon game comes out I am very excited I try not to watch some of the new pokemon trailers to not get spoiled unless it's like a gimmick that looks really good some of the pokemon designs look good and fun and you know i can play it wherever and whenever thanks to the switch so i am grateful and i been a fan since like Gen 1 so I had like Pokemon Snap and Hey You Pikachu

I caught a shiny ghastly in Pokémon leaf green while sp Atk ev training heck I uploaded it on my KZbin channel and what’s even more funny is how I wasn’t looking for it and I been getting Pokémon rom hacks these days cuz I’m just not interested in new games and I actually didn’t mind the let’s go games.
