First off, I had no idea you could speak. I've watched the majority of your shorts and really enjoy them. Secondly, it's pretty amazing to see the evolution of the CSC Sys 50. I recently picked one up and have to say that it's one of my favorite Festool purchases thus-far. Thanks for sharing this.

The thing is soooooooo smooth. Just did some 2 piece high 3 piece around bullnose corner stain grade base with mine. Cutting small pieces on the slider is a dream. If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend this saw.

Ya it’s fantastic- I think the only thing I don’t love is the digital element of it

But WHY ? by using batteries you are just adding initial and future cost with the batteries . aside from that almost all potential uses would be on a job site or at a shop where electricity is available . the whole idea is ridiculous . you WILL need electricity to charge those batteries so what the point of running on batteries when the power to charge them could be used directly to run the motor of the saw . Festool is already overpriced . why add ethe extra cost of batteries on top of their absurd prices

Would love to see a cheaper version of it without the digital control of blade position, possibly also with a power cord.@HiKOKIChannel ? 🙏 😄

Maybe just a module that slots in where the battery goes?
