@@AngerTroll lol. Skydiving is a terrible example. It's a regulated industry with research done and rated equipment that is inspected and you CAN sue a skydiving company if the death is their fault. There is a proper way to pack a parachute, regulations and procedures for what information you have to give your clients and designated conditions where you are allowed to operate under. If you went up into a hurricane with a skydiving company, that wouldn't be covered. Now if you did some stupid shit, that's what liability waivers will cover them for. You can't anticipate idiots all the time and it's not your fault if he just never pulled the cord because he froze in fear. Of course all inexperienced divers have to do tandem jumps so you literally don't have to do anything. I can guarantee you whistlin diesel doesn't have in depth studies and risk assessments before each stunt he pulls on his channel.

@@AngerTroll Mythbusters go into bunkers because they have safety experts with them who assess the risk based on expert analysis and EVEN THEN they can still be sued if something goes wrong and someone gets hurt. You have a lot to learn...
