Yeah there's something called as sleep grace period... I don't trust napping being like sleeping lol. For me at least if I have to nap, it means I'm closing my eyes and find a cozy corner and just lay my head down and don't do anything. Maybe not refreshing but definitely worth the break. Remember ppl, there's nothing equivalent or more refreshing than your ACTUAL full 8 hours of sleep with good quality of sleep.

I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. The one benefit to that is that I can nap anywhere, anytime. Lying down, sitting up, in the dark, in full daylight, in complete quiet or in a loud environment. The problem is that I can’t do it for just eight minutes. A "brief" nap for me is 2.5-3 hours. After that, I can usually function for about 6-7 hours before needing to sleep again. It’s not fun.
