It's a TT Level case , a case not for normal people just like the CM Beast, Cougar Conquer, InWin H Tower. All boutique cases for show, they are not aiming to compete with the Define series or other regular cases. And he's being kind because it's certainly NOT the worst offender, Corsair's Concept Curve is $18,000, absurdly priced for a case with a regular interior.

Lone Ech. Doubt it, it's like a simpler but oversized version of a Graphite 780T (which is under $200), and it innovates nothing in the case market, it has a traditional interior. Carbon fiber also doesn't cost anywhere near that price point.

It undermines itself by being evocative of the Level 10 but not having those sweet hot-swappable hard drive bays. It'd be like Cooler Master making a new HAF case but with the front airflow choked off. _(cough)_

I agree, the hot swappable bays are still a very nice touch, which many modern cases still don't have. It has those premounted sata power connections to make it work, which was fantastic.

Pretty, but what makes it worth 1K dollars? No option for multiple systems? The Enthoo Elite still seems the winner in this one. It's even 100USD/EUR cheaper, and has more front I/O connections. This Level 20 case seems like a massive waste of space. It's pretty though, but a waste. This case would've been amazing and unique if the three separate chambers were modular.

i actually have a white level 10 and love the hell out of that behemoth of a rig (fully built it weighs about as much as a 2 year old). this thing (the level 20) looks like an airflow disaster but a pretty airflow disaster... i hope this isn't the final design and if it is i hope we have non-tempered glass options at the very least. i like the large side panel fan on the level 10, the hot swap drive bays. and the external drive support, also the power supply chamber is just ugly plain and simple, there is a reason that power supplies are hidden in most modern cases.

Same here. Just rebuilt an i9 in the White Level 10 GT. This case upsets me. Air flow, wasted space etc.. If they improved the design I'd be willing to seriously consider it.

One thing that makes me question this case, is the distance between the motherboard and everything else, including what could potentially be drive bays at the front. If they don't include all the right sized cabling, it will be more overhead for the buyer. Being an owner of a Level10GT, I'm considering this case, but would need to see how it works with only an AIO and not a fully liquid cooling setup. Also, is the rear side filtered where the three fans were mounted? I'm assuming they are exhaust fans, because the filters are all located in between in module. This also means that the radiator 2x140 in the center module is pulling, so no push configurations would be available, unless you turned it around. If you do that then you'll be pulling air from the rear of the case where there is no filtration, so it doesn't make much sense.

The front module/chamber is the problem with this case. It's basically saying, if you don't put your reservoir here and a radiator then I'll be an ugly thing with support for 6 x 2 HDD bays. Good luck with the Sata connections for all those. Expansions cards will be required, which means VERY LONG cabling.

It won't sell a lot, but mark my words, this will sell. A company can make a case that costs $80 and sell 1000 of them, or they can make a case that costs $1000 and sell 80 of them. This case is NOT about making financial sense. Cases like these are about prestige, both for the company and for the people who buy it.

You guys are confused. This isn't a mainstream product. It's not meant for those who "can't really afford it". It's for people who can MORE than afford it and don't care too much about money. They probably won't have hundreds of thousands of these units, which means that the price goes up.

Honestly I spent about $200 on the Phanteks Enthoo Evolve ATX-TG and even though it is (IMO) one of the best cases out there I still feel a bit guilty about spending that much on the case alone. $999 is a prohibitively high price point for a case. I don't care how cool it looks, I wouldn't care if it was made out of solid gold! At that price the answer is no, nono, a 999x no.

Due to the compartments, it makes liquid cooling very inefficient as you end up with additional unnecessary bends which will restrict flow, it also wastes space as the transition points between compartments is largely unusable.

Why not use that top PSU chamber for hdd support and or dual system? So people could get multiple hdds and water cooling. That is something that I find lacking in a lot of cases large radiator support along side mass storage. I can't afford large capacity ssds and I don't want to limit my access speed to USB 3 speeds. That is my only big complaint with the case industry right now.

This case looks sexy AF, If it were not for the extravagant price tag.... It would be great, i like the looks. As for Thermaltake itself... its a good company, i like their products,but theire hit or miss a lot of the times, but theyre great cases for performance over aesthetics. It's just that their sweet spot on cases is around the 50 to 100 bucks range.
