The steering is not broken, these old cheap rc cars only turn when the van is moving forwards or backwards.

Kinda disappointed.. thought it was a new one. Cool how it has the actual narration, I've recently found the series and I've been watching this..just finished where they go back to Vietnam for Fulbright's daughter.

There’s a retro toy shop local to me and they have a mint condition movie version van. Bit pricey for me. Also saw someone on Instagram build their own and it looks pretty cool.
