Absolutely loved this Nic, brilliantly film, beautiful drone shots and loved the POV walking through the woods. The ruins and shrine are so lovely and tbh I was surprised to see the shrine in such good condition and still used. Great job m8 👍🏻

Love finding curious places tucked away in the woods...and I'm loving those painted stones. Nice to see that the place hasn't become totally forgotten and people are still using the altar for offerings

I absolutely love that church ruin. I went there last year, and it really did have a unique tranquillity to it, I could of been there all day. The cross was in a different part of the ruin when I was there. I wonder if it's a part of the original church.
@walkingthewyrd4 ай бұрын
I agree. So tranquil and almost otherworldly to me. Interesting about the cross! I'm not sure if it's original. I read the Milne-Watsons added the altar in the 1920s, but whether the cross was earlier, I'm not sure.

Not that I'm aware of, but it definitely seems like a place of pilgrimage to many. It's got a very magical and ethereal feel to it.

OMG I was horrified to see that National Treasure just sitting out in the open where a thief can just come along and steal it. That cross should be replaced with a replica and the original put on display at a museum.
