Beautiful fly. I subscribed to see more, but i feel the wing could have been a little shorter or hackle longer. Just my thoughts. Again BEAUTIFUL.

A lovely fly, almost too good to be eaten :) I just wonder if the mallard wings are more decorative than functional. I mean, would the fly be less interesting for a trout if it was just hackled?

Hi Alms, this is a classic pattern, like the most of my videos, and i have to respect it. You are right, maybe the fly in functional without wings too!
