Would be a banger fight for sure I think if parallax Hal fought prime it would go similar to how primes fight with monarch went (assuming we throw Hal in that storyline/point in time). I do think Hal could beat monarch though. His big shit is energy projection and Hal can absorb most of what monarch could throw at him.
