@@Aikinakea2 Changing long established lore is often considered an insult by a fandom. It could just as easily be argued that this show is toxic to Star Wars and the fans are crying out for another real Star Wars project a la George Lucas Star Wars. Seen from that perspective this show is the problem and giving the fans a good story the solution. Oh, it would also sell better to give people what they want.
