The Acolyte Episode 5 was INSANE | Star Wars

The Acolyte Episode 5 "Night" absolutely brought it after the somewhat lacklustre episode 4. Lightsaber fights for almost an entire episode, which is something I would normally not care too much about but here I was hooked.

Great review and bloomin loved the episode. So sad for J, but she put up a great fight. With you, I think Sol will RIP. My working theory is Venestra will tidy things up, keep council and Kiad a mundi in the dark. Hence his line at council meeting. criticism of episode length is fair, for me that’s because we want more and have to wait till following week. Thanks for your reviews my new fav reaction channel.

Because without loss and stakes everyone story becomes the same. Would the end of Phantom Menace work as well if qui gon and obi-wan just beat Maul easily?

I thought he said y’all call me Sith. But he just wants to be free of Labels. But I guess the fact that he wants and apprentice (acolyte) means he’s trying to push his legacy forward.

It is interesting wording. Does he not view himself as a Sith and just believes that is what the Jedi would call him anyway? Very peculiar choice of words.

@@cubcos Unless everyone dies before getting back to report what happened. It completely breaks cannon. If no-one gets back, wouldn't the Jedi have sent someone to investigate a dozen Jedi going missing?? It's embarrassing! who writes this shit

*Canon. And isn't that what Qimir literally said? "You've seen my face so you gotta die" - Qimir literally agrees with you and you are still mad about it? And I think it is very clear that it is leading to either a cover-up by the Jedi or they just flat-out will not believe Qimir to be a Sith. The Jedi fall victim to their own hubris time and time again.

Kylo rens theme plays at the end and he said that the jedi might call him a sith. He did NOT say. I am a sith. I 85% agree w a theory that he is the FIRST ren. Knights of ren. I dont think he acknowledged that he was a sith. So the knights of ren thing might be a Good path

I totally forgot to talk about that! I didn't actually catch it til the second viewing because Qimir's line there sounded like what Yoda said. Knights of Ren connection would be wild. And I think you might be right - he did not say I am a Sith, rather " you would call me that" - very interesting choice of words there.
