Dude has been trained as a Jedi since he was an infant and all he can think about is going home to sleep in his own bed. The Jedi training really is turning out good results these days. Sigh.. Surprised I haven't seen anyone notice that the scene where he gets tempted by the witch mother is just stolen Galadriel tempting the fellowship. That seems to be exactly what it was with no purpose assigned to it unless it was some attempt to show the Jedi as corrupt. All it did end up doing was getting all the witches killed.

Yeah, I mentioned this in another comment, it's such a great point. Aside from, what the hell has Jedi discipline devolved to (I'm bored, I wanna go home, whaaa!) with regard to Torbins behavior… well, I mean he does run off like a petulant child later, but anyway. This so-called leadership reminds me of Adm. Holdo not telling her subordinates the plan, even to her highly decorated pilot, proffering some line about "you fighter jocks" or whatever. Ugh, what the hell kind of leadership is this??

Not Disney but I remember when Ghostbusters 2016 was on TV and I was watching it sort of out of curiosity. My girlfriend walked in (I'd complained about the drama about this movie endlessly about a year before but she doesn't really pay attention when I complain about such things) and watched for a while. I was doing stuff on my computer or otherwise not really talking to her. She says suddenly "this is supposed to be funny? this is really bad". I turned to her and said "Why do you hate women?".

Those trees in the forest are at least 400 years old. Seriously. They can afford an intimacy coordinator but no one with a grasp of basic botany? It's a key plot point and they can't be assed to get the hyperspace lane and the tree regrowth right. The whole thing goes downhill from there, needless to say.

Neither Torbin nor Sol have the slightest level of discipline. Indara, supposedly the leader, doesn't have the slightest level of intestinal fortitude. Indara pointed out at the beginning that Sol didn't rate having a padawan, then at the end she contrives lying to the Council so that Sol gets Osha as his padawan. What the hell? Sol has proven that he doesn't deserve a padawan...and he's the very last Jedi who should be Osha's master.

Torbin was done dirty. The whiny little Padowan just wanted to get back home to Mr Pounce, his cat from Game of Thrones. The witchy women did some buggery with his head and he went nuts. Wasn't his fault. Those witchy women were obviously bad news, you don't chant at gaping sacrificial holes or turn into scream like smoke demons to win friends and influence people. Sol did what any sensible, self protecting Jedi would have done, barbecued the silly bint on his saber.

I've enjoyed some of the longer breakdowns of this show, but your shorter videos get the job done, and with a great deal of flair! Love the inserts from other media, lol! Honestly, I don't blame you Cami for not spending, sorry, wasting too much of your time on this show. Anyway, I mentioned this in the survey you posted, but for a really good show, much less a SW show, I cannot recommend Andor highly enough. If you want a little more adventure, The Mandolorian is also very good, and aside from a few janky episodes (esp. in season 3), it's a well done show. I enjoyed the tie in to stuff from the Clone Wars animated series. Cheers!

@@Letstunein If you post Andor, I will definitely be here to watch them with you. I've watched the show at least twice already, and a handful of times through reaction channels. For Andor, you might feel the need to do longer videos, well as the story ramps up. First, it's 12 episodes of at least 48 minutes, so actual TV show length. Also, it's broken up into four, 3 episode arcs: 1-3, 4-6, 8-10, 7 & 11-12. Even if you watch them individually, just be aware those first three episodes (especially) tell a complete story, basically a movie. And the first arc (1-3) is a "slow burn" because the show takes time to develop it's characters. There's lots of character story in those first three episodes alone. Anyway, I didn't watch Kenobi, mostly because it sounded bad, and when I looked into it, yeah more bad writing. Like, just leave these characters alone! More messing about with continuity in the OT. But, I understand the desire to see for yourself. Cheers!

I'm thinking that the Zabrak mom was siphoning power from the witch coven (the power of many). So when Indara stops the connection between Zabrak mom and Master Wookiee, the psychich feedback kills them all...or does it? Perhaps they were incapacitated but not actually dead. I haven't seen any of the episodes after episode 2, so my knowledge is limited to whatever YT reactors have shown (which is bad enough already). So perhaps it's just one more plot twist that they are in fact still alive...who knows and well, who cares really? And I don't mind there being some grey area because also Jedi can fail but not 4 of them this terribly.

XD Mei caused the fire, because of that she ran into the witches, said "Mom Fire" and in Response while 10 Archers had their bows drawn, the Second in Command Readies to Attack, while the Leader in this clearly Hostile situation turns to a smoke demon. And dies. All because Mei started a Fire and told them about it XD like my lord no matter what perspective you take, it's literally Them readying to attack and kill. Disney just recon everything you made, clean house at Lucas films and reboot. Yeah, this is really dumb. I was kind of with this show until this episode. I didn't think it was great but it was... ok.... not super offensive... The jedi are bad because one of them had his entire body possessed by dark magic, and when his friends saved him from that, the witches all suddenly died because.... uh.. because... Well, maybe don't possess people without permission, especially if it risks your own life... The Mother Abulobaroba whatever acts aggressively and then goes in for a big magic attack and Sol stabs her to defend himself and the girl from whatever this is. Well, maybe don't attack people suddenly when you're claiming to be the good guy? "But I was gonna let you have her... like.. after I magicked you to death... you big meanie"

So the whole Coruscant government now says "oh yeah it's that evil Sol Jedi who killed all the people who died when he was here at the temple and we suspected that girl was the killer, but we'll just forget about her. It's important to frame Sol because if good twin was the bad guy it makes Jedi look bad, so it's a lot better to make the Jedi look bad directly to make the Jedi not look bad........... uh........................................

True if this were a Netflix original series it would have been laughed at like "Rebel Moon'" from the beginning. Don't think anyone would even bother watching it to the end.
