I LOVED Raul Julia as Gomez. R.I.P. Raul. It was so sad to lose him at only 54 years old. That signed Laser Disc (even without Raul's signature) is epic! I don't think I have been to many sporting events where sometime during the game the theme to the Addams Family is not played and the audience snaps their fingers at the appropriate moment. It is ubiquitous and instantly recognizable. By the way the original model for the Addams Family mansion in the television show was an old Victorian house that stood at the northwest corner of Adams Blvd (coincidence?) and Arlington Ave in...wait for it.... The West Adams District in midtown LA. Not far from the Marvin Gaye house you visited sometime ago. That song is a true earworm. Thanks Michael. Great and respectful video as always.

I loved this video and please show us your Addams Family collection one day. You have so many autographs of the stars! We only have Christina Ricci and Lisa Loring (may she rest in peace). The Addams Family Reunion may not be the best part, but still very enjoyable. Especially the scene when Lurge gives mouth-to-mouth resuscitation. I absolutely love The Addams Family! I'd love to see a video on your collection! As an educator of young children, Halloween was a favorite. Our whole staff dressed as the Addams Family one Halloween! We even had cousin It! When we bought our country home I couldn't get the Green Acres song out of my brain!
