I'm glad you like my videos. When using the razor, make sure that it does not touch the surface. I know it may seem strange to you, actually the purpose is to determine the dose of coffee, but these tools spoil the compressed surface. It is the consensus of many experienced baristas; "The tamp must be made once." Based on this, the sole purpose of the Razor tool is to clean the coffee powders left on the walls of the basket. Even if you lose this piece, it doesn't matter because it's pretty useless. 🙂

Yeah! When you add millions of air bubbles to the iced Americano, it becomes like Cold Brew Nitro. 😂🙌🏻

I kinda tried it before, it tasted super burnt probably I over froth it. The other way round is use cocktail shaker, I get super foamy like stout and chilled. Not bad
