Misrepresenting him (probably on purpose). He's not saying they shouldn't be thought of as important and implemented, but that they are *thought constructs*, like money is. Which is objectively true. I agree human rights are important, but you're not going to find them, like, sitting around somewhere waiting to be turned on or something. We invented them in our minds, like money and laws; that's why those things are changed all the time just by enough people agreeing to change them.
