Ironically, the panel of Vienna Academy of Fine Arts that rejected Hitler's arts (twice) also consulted that he had the potential in drawing buildings, and as such encouraged him to go into architecture since they were better than his portraits and drawing of humans which were sub-par and lifeless. And you'd know to listen to a panel from Vienna Academy of Fine Arts as they were the highest authority on the subjects back then.

the late great art critic Robert Hughes described one of Hitler's landscapes as "technically semi-competent" (nothing like damning with faint praise) and my recollection of the people drawn around Hitler's buildings in his architectural pictures was that they were SUPER small... that says something right there. He was never going to make it as an artist and had no affinity for the depiction of real people.

I just did a little research on wikipedia and thats absolutly true. They didnt start it. Many Highways the Nazis build were already planned before they came into power and they did not build as much Autobahnen as people may think. Fun fact at the end of the war the Highways were used so little that they were also open for bicycles.

Jim just isn't a comedy news show host and I don't know if that's a good thing or a bad thing....It's good in the way that it offers something different, like John Oliver (although I suspect Jim doesn't like John Oliver judging by the way he talks about him, they may have crossed paths during his time in England) but it's bad in the way that it's not Jim at his incredible best like when he's doing stand up, there's too many restrictions on American television, I always find it funny when American guests get surprised when a British or Irish guest swears on the Graham Norton Show, which kind of stifles Jim's delivery. Nonetheless, I like Jim on all of his platforms and I'm really angry that Legit got cancelled especially considering the cliffhanger it ended on!! Thank you for reading my rant!

brilliant comedian, but working for comedy central has rendered him friggin boring, delivery is lame, its like the jokes arent his and he doesn't really put much stock in them, just reading the teleprompt and thats it. very same thing that happened with trevor noah, as stand up comedian, brilliant, but working on the daily show, having to fit into some kind of specific format and giving in to network rules and guidelines is just reducing them into mere pop tv show host. I wonder who'll be next. This is lame, go back to your own stand up shows, up the price since its the money that obviously attracted you to CC, this is just too sad to watch. We miss your funny stories, insights and jokes, not this one-line political commentary which obviously was heavily filtered through to fit viewer's outlook and the company itself.
