@@matthew40518 I think that was her point. Survivors have grown and will continue to struggle every day with their trauma. They don't want anybody's pity, because they've grown past it. But he HID it.. and LIED about even drinking at younger than the laws allowed at that time.. He did not abide by laws that were meant for EVERYONE.. that is telling in and of itself.. That he did other crimes and then lied about not knowing of or accusations by Ford?? IT was proven that he DID know her... and knew her accusations well before he was apprised of them.. AND she had other witnesses who knew of the attack... but their statements were never taken.. There were other victims.. but their statements never taken.. Friends who knew he was aggressive when drunk, were not interviewed.. WTF does that tell you, if you are a sensible person? These actions led to expression of his deep desire to control.. to abuse.. Even those whom were formerly bullied... If it were merely having an uneventful frat drinking party, or smoking some pot in the 80's, I could overlook that as many would in a federal interview. ursaltydog U say “there was something to hide” and that “he LIED” but sir you have no evidence to suggest he did. That’s that and there’s nothing you’ll do about it (: unless you personally have evidence that ties to Kavanaugh raping anyone please release it and get the man locked up, otherwise shut up and stop complaining. Drinking and going to frat parties doesn’t make a person a rapist, and if you’re going to argue that he broke the law that EVERYONE should follow then that mutt Hillary Clinton would be locked away for life along with her husband, as well as a majority of the US population so that is a really dumb argument. Incredibly stupid. In your world he’s guilty and you THINK there is evidence of rape but in the REAL world there is none and Dr. Ford lied under oath and that’s why there is an FBI investigation on her and other corrupt liberal senators at this moment (: get used to Kavanaugh and be ready for another Trump win in 2020 because it’s happening faggot 🤗

What makes Brett Kavanaugh guily so obvious is the simple fact he was so defensive, typical guilty move and being prior law enforcement one tends to learn how to read body language and verbiage. If he wasn't guilty he would have tried a more humbling approach to proving his innocence but he didn't he was in defense mode all they way. If Brett Kavanaugh was innocent like he claims then he should have taken a polygraph in which he did not and agree to an FBI investigation. If he was innocent he should have done more to prove so, he did not.
@bennyboyblack6896 жыл бұрын
Polygraphs are only used for intimation to get confessions. They go purely off of heart rate. Which is something that kind of goes crazy when you're put on the spot, irregardless of whether or not you're guilty. Guilty people have beat it, and innocent people have failed it. It's not the be all, end all. Also, by law, it does not fall upon the defendant you prove themselves innocent. It is up to the plaintiff to prove the defendant guilty. Innocent until proven guilty and all that. More people should understand that, it's really dangerous when people forget it.
@Erikpdx6 жыл бұрын
Defensive is also how incident people behave when they see Injustice. That isn't a good point
@watchingtheworldburn1936 жыл бұрын
Typical law enforcement mentality - guilty until proven innocent. You even say he should have done more to prove his innocence. That isn't the job of the accused. Your mentality - that you got working in law enforcement - is everything that is wrong with the police today. They all think they're the judge and jury, and that everyone is guilty until they prove otherwise. That's why everyone now hates cops. And by the way - polygraphs are junk science. Your comment is really just a scary look into the mind of law enforcement. "Oh, I can read body language". Give me a fucking break.

Any woman with some amount of credibility should be believed enough to start a thorough investigation. If the defenders of the accused prevent that, then that looks like a pretty good sign that there's something to be found.

As a liberal, it has been pretty disgusting to see how many of us on the left treated this whole incident. To claim that any of us know he is guilty is allowing our natural bias against conservative ideals to influence our thoughts on actual justice. But I hope it was worth effectively ending the "blue wave" (Dem poll numbers have taken a cliff dive last couple of weeks) and making things harder for sexual assault victims going forward just so we could gamble on winning a political victory (which we still lost)

Lucas Kirkham I would be more upset that a non partisan is on the bench. His testimony should be evident of that. He thinks a Alex Jones like conspiracy was against him. Scary shit.

I'm sure you're liberal when you use the "us liberal" line. It's blatantly obvious that you're not. The polls are actually relatively the same as before. Remember only 20% of voters are GOP so if their intensity is up big deal. The GOP is hemorrhaging women voters after this, and they are the largest voting bloc.
