It is like going full circle. When you are new you are trying things out, some people either copy others tactics or just find something that is much easier to execute and blast your extraordinary genius tactics into oblivion. Grubby is ofcourse so good that he can go back to shenanigans and make it work... most of the time, though obviously less likely against equally skilled opponents.

it's nice to see a surging trend in gaming nowadays when you beat the game in creative to stupid ways. i saw it allot in soulsborne community and it takes a skillful individual to do these things including grubby. I've never think warcraft 3 could be enjoyed this way and im addicted to it (the challenges). keep up the good deed

8:25 -- UD was *WORST* in RoC cuz of NO DISPEL and statues, and... many other things! :P Orc, meanwhile was definitely not third either, because of ... MASS CASTERS !! :D

I don't think that would have helped very much, since Grubby wasn't using Sleep very often, and Devour Magic doesn't work on Drunken Haze even though it is a debuff having a considerable duration. Stone Form, on the other hand, would have gotten rid of Drunken Haze and the accompanying burning, and pros at least used to use this quite often. Also, Destroyers are even juicier targets for Web than Gargoyles are, and they are expensive in both resources and Food, so that would be a lot fewer Gargoyles. Eventually, Fiends would be able to take down the Gargoyles, but if opponent had used Stone Form to keep the considerable number of Gargoyles alive, they could have exploited the considerable time window in which Grubby didn't have enough Fiends to counter them.

Carrion Swarm is so good now. I always went Sleep spam + Vamp aura with Ghoul Rush or Ghouls+Necros timing attack, but I should learn to change it up and start going carrion swarm.

tempest rising (i.e. CNC) mouse drag is sworn by, as far as competitive CNC players (mainly Zero Hour, a phenomenal title FYI) are concerned. Personally I hated it coming from Company of Heroes, but they make some pretty interesting arguments, and if you watch POV videos the fact that they can zip around without clicking the minimap is... interesting, if nauseating.
