Nice home. What would make it even better would be to move the kitchen over to where the alternate Den is located, but make that living room encompass the entire front living room and current kitchen space. You could add a decorative arch way leading into the kitchen. The new layout would leave room for a more dedicated entry way with a coat closet at the front entrance. What an amazing home that would be.

A big tub is useless if you can’t comfortably lean back to rest and soak. Those sides are to straight. Free standing tubs need somewhere to set things by it. Now that I’m older too and my joints are painful, the faucet on the back side wouldn’t be convenient

I love this house. Needs vents in the ceiling, a fireplace in the "den", more windows that open, a bigger shower with a seat and two shower heads and the tub needs to be a garden tub. Overall I really like the house, would look nice on my 15 acres here in South Carolina. Thank you for the great work videoing this home.

With such a detailed tour, I am surprised that you failed to give us even a quick look at the 4th bedroom. I presume it was the door (opposite the other 2 & the 2nd bath) which you scurried past en route to the master suite. I think it would have been worth a brief look just for a comparison of size, configuration & closet space with the other 2. Other than that, a lovely home with lots of potential, & kudos on a generally well presented tour without excessive sales talk.

My biggest issue with this home is the vent right in front of the shower in the master bath and the toilet there too

The windows aren’t bay windows. Those are picture windows. Picture windows are flat and do not open. Bay windows usually 3 or more windows that make a “bay” or a little alcove area. Two windows usually open on the ends, if not all of them, depending on size. 🥰 You all do a nice job.

I hate the sink! Needs to be a two equal section sink. Plus as an HVAC professional floor vents are absolutely out of the question.

I think that it does but you will need to contact the dealer listed and ask to be sure. We tour many different dealers from many manufacturers. All have different pricing so that is a question only they can answer.

Not sure. They usually have a basic version. You can check with the seller and they can give you and updated pricing. We filmed this one last year and I know a lot of the prices are changing.
