Amen but it just needs to hold a deep freezer even if I had to get rid of a shelf on the side I stick it by.I bought a deep freezer because of covid19 because I didn't want to even go grocery shopping.but I did,got through it and i am healthy praise God. Lulz, I actually hate stainless steel fridges. They're impossible to keep clean because they pick up fingerprints and smudges so easily. They are gorgeous to look at though.

Oh! I think I watched a video walkthrough of this exact house from a youtuber named Chance. This is one of my favorites! I don't know how I started down the rabbit-hole of watching manufactured homes videos, but I had NO idea how awesome they were. I want to move within a few years and definitely want to look into something like this. I'm not too keen on the outside looks of most of these homes...But I guess I'm older, because it'd doesn't much matter anymore to me. I'd rather have a super comfortable and large inside (especially a master bath like these homes have).

You know the only downside to manufactured homes is they tend to depreciate in value compared to more conventional homes. But I believe a decent lot and a nice home could still fetch a nice price tag. There are some alterations you can do to the exterior of the home that would vastly change it. The way that I see it though is I would much rather pay for one of these than an apartment, at least it’s gonna be yours.

This is a great house for a startup house for a family it even has a deck where the kitchen is everything is perfect even the bedrooms are perfect the shower is perfect it has a seating area it has the the deep tub for aches and pains and yes you have a walk-in closet that anyone would enjoy the house is flowing it has great pantry and this would be a perfect startup home yes 🌈🤳💗💗👍💟💟🙏🤝💗💗💌✨✨

It’s not fair that Manufacturers aren’t available in All Areas! Why can’t they be built in a facility in that area to those specifications for the person that’s going to buy it. I can’t find a Winston in our area anywhere & the place that builds them is just about 1:30 to 2:00 hrs. away from us. This is so frustrating.

Also cannot find a Dealership that accommodates people in wheelchairs so that they can view the homes in person. It isn’t fair that Handicapped People are discriminated against in such a way when it comes to something as important as picking out a home. Something needs to be done about this discrimination, in 2020 this should NOT be happening. Please see if you can do something about this.

We want to buy one of these homes but I can’t go up steps without falling, I use a walker at home but a wheelchair when I go out. Why is it that you have no compassion or feeling for any one else? I would just like to be able to go see the manufactured home we’d like to order, is that too much to ask?

This home is so lovely on the inside, but the outside is very blah. This model is on palm harbor website in Florida only. Edit: price is only available after submitting a request on the palm harbor site. There is a virtual walk through and a room measurement tool also available.

Wow! I really love that huge bathtub. I heartily dislike followi g the camera zooming through the demo. I prefer someone verballing explaining the features. I can't fully get an idea what things are like zipping through things. It's too fast. This home seems like something I would really like to know about, but not the way it was presented, kinds like I'm chasing a toddler down the hallway.

Nice home but lousy video tour. You need to do a slow pan of each room, show closets in bedrooms and any linen, coat and storage closets. Don’t show just a portion of the room and fade to the next, show moving from room to room so we see the layout. In kitchen always showcase cabinet spaces, island etc. Also show the floor plan, people would be much more interested with the changes.
