Good video. Thanks. I enjoy history that takes battles into account but also focuses on the causes of conflict. Good channel. 👍

This is a good video. Really enjoyed it. But let me tell you this, I'm Puerto Rican. The people of Puerto Rico actually took up arms agains the US gov't in Puerto Rico on the 30th of October 1950. Yet, most people in the mainland doesnt know that the only "US soil" bombed by the US is actually Jayuya, PR. Google Jayuya Uprising. Great video, bad example to choose.

I wonder why it is that chicks are less into military history than guys are. I could guess but it would only be a guess.

For me it’s just bc there’s been such an overemphasis on military history for so long that I don’t think we need another KZbinr talking about the battles. There’s tons of good info already out there and I’m more interested in mew interpretations of social/political movements, etc.

@ yea I get what you are saying there, About school curriculum, and I agree. I am just talking generally. For example why when a WW2 documentary is on tv it’s mostly men watching it I mean there is gotta be a reason men are more drawn to war right? Maybe because it’s usually men going out and doing it and we can relate the men doing it. 🤷♂️But I really don’t know.
