The Anand Sahib or the Song of Spiritual Bliss is a composition (prayer/bani) of the 3rd Sikh Guru, Guru Amar Das. It appears on pages (Ang) 917 to 922 of the Guru Granth Sahib and is written in the Ramkali Raag. It is part of the Nitnem Banis recited daily by the Sikhs. It has 40 stanzas or Pauris (literally, steps). No Sikh ceremony is complete without the recitation of at least 6 pauris (the first 5 and the 40th).
