Jerry, I think you found a magical balance between tongue-in-check and sincerity! Bubo-ic (hint: Latin) and Strigiformes-tic flashes of brilliance.. and little game of mouse and owl, I think. 😉 It has been so fun to be introduced to CVS through your very capable appendages and expressive selections. Each edition has been a virtual delight!

Thank you so much 😊 There is so much emotion hidden in this music and I love finding ways to express that in sight and sound! 🦉

SO musical!! This is one of those fever dream kind of pieces, where there is so much frantic energy and then immediate calm, then the cycle repeats. #Dark I also enjoyed that your cutaways included BOTH smells and bells, and subtle flashes of intense green lightning. #AppeaseAndCarrots

W O W ! Jerry! This is the most extraordinary videography I have ever seen for an organ performance on KZbin. Visually stunning and imagery so very beautifully integrated with your magnificent playing on the amazing Billerbeck sample set. I confess that this is the first time I have heard this work by Stanford . . . and I absolutely love it. The drama; the pious sensitivity; the expression of faith - all just very affecting. CVS at his very best. And realised by you in the most awesome way: B R A V O !

Wow, really love that piece Jerry and the video took us on an amazing journey which was for me truly mesmerising. Now I’m not a fan at all of bells in organ music as my experience up until today was that the effect was tacky. Hats off to CVS to use the bell as a single pitch gentle toll and your video of the bell, although a tad huge for the pitch perhaps, 🤪was just gorgeous. Well that was until CVS decides to drop the pitch a little and so I thought…..grunt I need another video clip of a slightly different bell for that. What a fuss arse eh? Talking about the latter subject, me no appreciate the last couple of bars for some reason. lol 😝

Thank you so much 😊 Yes - I should have found a different bell for the pitch change!!!! I love this - all the creative ideas!!!!
