As someone who went to the volo auto museum billions of times, it truly is a fun time. Ive seen all the animatronic shows and thats been the main reason I was going (beside all the music related stuff). I remember going as a little kid being scared of them, but after a while, I became obsessed. Now I go for nostalgia, but the pirates are still my favorite!

Volo seems to be focusing more on that rockafire they are installing. But as its outside in a shed. We migjt have a 2019 BBWL again. The four little shavers are working well though. And the beatles have slow air pressure

@@bartdude2032Both kings are getting a full overhaul at some point this year. Those bots were actually originally refurbished by Jared, the person that runs the King KZbin channel. They took a ton of abuse due to the pressure being set way too high, and a lack of flow controls. The fast movement may look good on Jared’s KZbin channel to some people, but in an environment where the robots perform all day every day, it’s just not feasible to have them running that fast.

@@showbizwisconsin8350I did not refurbish the mechanics, just the boards and cosmetics. With proper care (that’s the million dollar word), the body snapping would not have happened. The problem is there is no dedicated technician to keep them up working correctly. And hence is why it is best as a production. So when I legally rebranded the character, it seemed best as a production.

Btw, you have to pay to get into the Volo Auto Museum! You also have to pay to watch the kings and the Begals to play. The Pirates and little shavers are free if im not mistaken. Just wanted to clarify that!

You're correct! I went a couple year ago to Volo. They have the Little Shavers in the dining area, but King Kat, the King and the Beagles are on the paid Self Tour. You need a Wristband to see them.

I think there’s more king animatronics cuz TheRealSullyG Got a King head On eBay and there was a full body king animatronic at the mystery fun house in Orlando Florida and I heard that it was in a warehouse house or probably destroyed not sure if it’s true or not and there’s an other king retrofit with a band called Rocky and the railroad rascals but they just reskinned the king head use the body with a mr munch body

I feel comfortable that the kings are in private collections as they dont get overused and be taken care of. But places like jungle jims and volo i seen vids where they are running so much that they look like their at the end of their life! If i travel to usa i might go to smithy and other private places than places that use them for profit!

I live in Illinois and when my dad goes to work, he always passes the Volo museum and I checked their website and they do have the king cat so me and my dad are trying to go there someday it’s really amazing

Just wanna mention the guy you mentioned at the end is actually the exact same guy that runs The King animatronic KZbin channel, it was just one of his side channels LOL He's pretty controversial within the fandom but at least those bots survived destruction! Nother note, Volo isn't really the best with their animatronic care, a lot has gradually broken over time and they don't really seem to know how to care for these things properly LOL
