I had my granddaughter with me and we would shop in the stores for Disney wares using our DISNEY DOLLARS. Glad I saved a lot, tho I did sell some on eBay,. Did you shop with them? Yes, the years have flown, especially since the curse, Covid. Also, one of my favorite places was the first store all the way to the left when you enter the park.. They showed/sold Hollywood memorabilia, pictures, postcards, old pins, some stars shirt or sunglasses. I would always buy something, Not as good anymore. Can’t remember from last year if it’s still there. Disney should pay you for all the information you provide, FANTASTIC, ❤️🙏🏽

I was on the Disney play app yesterday while waiting in lines at Disneyland answering a bunch of trivia questions on the parks and I realized I learned a LOT of my info about WDW just from watching your channel. :) Sigh... The Great Movie Ride is the greatest love letter to the movies ride that ever was or will be, and I deeply regret never ever getting a chance to experience that myself. Reading through the comments of people’s early experiences reminded me of my first trip to Disney in 2011….HS brought a Hollywood nostalgia that felt like an era that Walt Disney himself had a presence….I honestly was so moved by the theming at this park , and it was definitely my 2nd favorite, I got to visit again in 2016 , and shortly after it was announced that the Great Movie Ride was going to be reinvented, and I was sad . I felt that ride represented an era that shouldn’t be lost 😞. I’ve also been disappointed again by splash mountain, I love princess and the frog but brair rabbit is so classic …Thank you Adam for keeping this nostalgia alive through your experiences and the amount of research you do for your videos , no one vlogs this detailed for Disney or any of your journeys ❤ from TX

I still, once in a while say MGM without thinking. It truly was, in 89- 92 my all time favorite park. The animation building was the most fascinating to me. I do agree that what was taken out of the park was necessary mostly because of the break from MGM. Not only that; but I think it’s true, like you said, a lot of what was there wouldn’t get the reaction now needed to sustain the park. It will, however be missed by many of us. RIP, Great Movie Ride❤

I loved the MGM studios back when it was new. The great movie ride was definitely the highlight of the park for me. I know things have to change with time but the greatest times going to Walt Disney world we're going to Epcot and writing them Maelstrom, and of course the magic Kingdom with all the old school attractions like horizon, The original pirates of the Caribbean, splash mountain, the progress show. Disney will never be the way I remembered it 30 years ago.
