Lydia can I just say the one thing I do not like in general & therefore puts me off some F & F items (not all obvs) are tassels I do not like them on anything & the brand does like a tassel. I have no doubt your items will be fab & grt quality - goes without saying. A stylish bag for country walks - not too structured - strap that is not going to mark your clothes too much & no tassel in your collection would be fab.

Lydia thank you for saying what you said in your video! Not everybody needs to know maths to be considered smart! I struggled through all my education in Portugal and in England with maths until last year where I finally pass maths and gone to university to study a health course! We all have our strengths and weaknesses and who thinks that they are good at everything they may not be good at interpersonal skills for example…the society created a lot of unhealthy stereotypes and convencional social status and boxes for us all to fit in! I also seen that same quote this week “you cannot be everyone’s cup of tea because you are champagne darling!” So there we go cheers to your success and openness and realness with everything….i have watched you growing and evolving and as a 39 years old woman I’m also evolving and learning and feel that is so much more to learn in life…cheers to us all improving and loving life at whichever life state we are! 🎉❤love FFF by the way…❤🎉

Lydia, people who refer to them selfs as "not very academic" because they did not succeed in the classical educational environment, maybe are successful because they have ASD, ADHD, dyslexia or dyscalculia and tend to be very skilled and talented in other fields. For example dyslexic people are often very creative. Studies have shown that people who are dyslexic have “enhanced abilities” in certain areas including discovery, invention and creativity. Some people's brains are just wired different and this contributes to exceptional’ performance across a range of “cognitive abilities, system skills, complex problem-solving skills, content skills, process skills and technical skills.” So don't down your self anymore saying "I am not academic." The world needs a diverse range of people with different abilities and skills. How boring would life be if we would all be the same :-)

I too am absolutely useless with numbers and somehow I have ended up working in finance. I am not sure how it has happened but you are right. An academic limitation does not have to define you. Oh goodness I have to chime in on this one...I don't understand why we put such pressure on our children to perform times tables at top speeds?!?! I still do not have them all memorized due to the trauma (Lol) I experienced as a child not being able to recite the times tables in a second! It gave me so much anxiety Lydia; however, I now have a Masters in Education because I wanted to make a difference within our educational system. I have many thoughts & ideas...

LMAO, hysterical half a penny was a 'half penny' of 'half-p' if you lived through metrification in the 70s, a 'ha'penny' (pronounced 'hape-penny'), if you're pre-1900s (actually first documented use was possibly as early as 1100s) but I think 50 'mili-ps' is genius! - Although that would be equivalent to 5 hundreths of a penny, (I think). Well they got rid of the half p cos it wasn't worth the metal it was made from but within the realms of metrification a 'mili-p' should absolutely be a thing. Truly genius!!!!! You have a unique brain (in fabulous way).

One penny is a bit like an atom - smallest part of matter, which in Greek means "uncuttable".😆 Lydia, with your skills and talents you got where you are in life. You can pay people who are good at maths, to work for you (accountants, etc.). Also, some famous people such as: Bill Gates, Cher and Robbie Williams (singer) all have dyscalculia - a condition or learning difficulty where a person finds it hard to understand mathematical concepts and numbers. It didn't stop them to achieve what they wanted in life.🙌😊

You should look into Multiple Intelligences Theory. In the US, we use it to identify students' strengths. 😊 I definitely believe that hard work counts so much more than "smarts." I've taught many students who scored well on exams, but their work ethic was weak. Stand strong in your own intelligence and keep working hard! ❤

It's sort of this thing like couple have after decades of being together they rub off their mannerisms or something. I actually told a neighbour about her German Shepherd looking like her and let's just say that it didn't go as well as I thought it would...
