NEW HERE?
Hi, I’m Stephen Cabral, Board Certified Doctor of Naturopathy and Integrative Health Practitioner.
For years I struggled with trying to figure out how to overcome multiple life-alternating illnesses such as auto-immune, Addisons, type 2 diabetes, digestive, allergies, insomnia, and debilitating fatigue.
Then I discovered a mentor who taught me how to combine and integrate multiple health practices into one. From there I tested these theories by traveling all around the world and discovering how to finally help people rebalance their bodies and live the life they always wanted.
I’m happy to say that after being shown the way and now creating my own proven protocols based on combining the best of ancient Ayurvedic wisdom with state-of-the-art Functional Medicine my team and I have completed over 250,000 appointments helping people just like you and I.
If you’re interested in getting well, losing weight, or living longer stronger, I look forward to helping you to accomplish those goals. Be well and please always reach out if you have any questions or if my team and I can be of service!

I won't mention the name on line but there is a gal who at one time praised the benefits of green tea but has changed her mind and thinks all teas are poison due to fluoride component...even organic...but I take all mentioned supplements....however, I don't think I could live without omega 3....it is a game changer for inflammation...esp. arthritis.

You are absolutely correct, and it highlights the importance of tailoring protocols to the individual. Identifying specific imbalances, nutrient deficiencies, the appropriate formulation, and proper dosage can vary significantly, even among people with similar inflammatory conditions. This is why testing is so valuable-it provides the insights needed to create a personalized approach that truly addresses your unique needs. StephenCabral.com/Labs-1

The recommended Nutrients are all Histamin inhibitors. Most of the people with chronic inflammation suffers from Histamin Intollerance. This Nutriens are for preventing inflammation (in some cases) not for cure, because all are triggers for cell rejuvenating.

@@stephencabral that would be nice but there's no way I could afford any of that unfortunately.... people that live with illness usually have crappy lives because we are always losing our jobs because of health, I can barely afford to eat let alone do testing.. I have been medically diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, lupus, fibromyalgia and RA ...it's a horrible life

I can relate with you. Don't give up. I could barely walk 10 steps from my bathroom to my bedroom. Lung and body issues. I did my own research and watched many videos on u tube. Then I search medical sites google books etc. I had not made any money in 5 years. Took many years to finally get what I paid into SSDI. The things he discussed here help me but I use a lot more then what he suggested. I have not finished the video yet. However, when he mentioned turmeric I did not hear him mention. Black pepper which make it more efficient. Electrolyte imbalances. Which I also add to the things he mentions here. We must try our best to help ourselves overcome. Day by day progress it's what I tell myself. Now I can walk much better and breathe better too. Amongest many other issues I have been suffering with for years. Any improvement I will take them. An inch in my situation is like miles to me. Best wishes to you.

If I didn't see your face, I'd think I was listening to Dr. Josh Axe!! Your voices and manner of speaking or SO similar. 😀Thanks for such sensible, relevant information. I'm currently detoxing mold mycotoxins. I thought I was done but after taking black seed oil for a week (for H. pylori) my detox symptoms returned. There's something going on. Cautionary notes: High doses of turmeric could have a blood-thinning effect; if taken on top of prescribed anticoagulants, this could increase the risk of dangerous bleeding. People with liver or bile duct problems should not take turmeric supplements, as they can increase bile production. Cooking with turmeric shouldn't cause problems. You should not take green tea without medical advice if you are taking any of the following medications: Adenosine Asthma medications Medications for depression or mental disorders Medications that slow blood-clotting Medications to treat cancer Estrogens and birth control pills Antibiotics or medication for fungal infections Medication for seizures Green tea contains a small amount of fluoride, which may provide some dental health benefits. However, it is important to note that the fluoride content can vary significantly. If you are concerned about your fluoride intake, it is recommended to consult with a healthcare professional.

@stephencabral
@stephencabral Күн бұрын
Sun-grown green tea typically has less EGCG than shade-grown tea. Shade-grown teas have higher concentrations of catechins, including EGCG, because the reduced sunlight boosts chlorophyll and amino acid production while limiting catechin breakdown.

Had horrific hip pains for years started taking Turmeric and within 5 days it was gone I now take it every day and started researching how more foods would heal my body when modern medicine failed me! I’m certain there are plenty of other people with similar testimonies I’m sure you will find them if you look and do more research! I had heart issues high blood pressure heavy metals poisoning and chest pains and swollen legs all of which I have treated with herbs and vitamins and change to diet as every symptom I had was mostly ignored yet every drug the dr gave me prior to these symptoms made me sick like statins! Couldn’t get out of bed for week dizzy sick migraine body pains etc cured high cholesterol myself as well with red yeast rice and plant sterols stomach pains eventually eased with apple cider vinegar and slippery elm bark and milk thistle and continued use of turmeric green tea ginger cinnamon and ki queried! Please do more research into all plant medicines as turmeric is very well known for reading inflammation and pain in India and being used by thousands for numerous health ailments!
