As a Certified Health Coach I admit that I have been part of the problem. I put rules around my food and I suggest to my clients they do the same. This podcast has opened me up to beautiful path that is both terrifying and exciting!

Mindful eating is bringing your full attention to the process of eating . But if you are being mindful, there isn't any shame or judgement surely? If you are truly in direct experience of the moment (eating), you ARE eating mindfully and thus aware of where your mind is. If you are lost in comparing and judging, then you are no longer mindful.
