My mom and wife are both reluctant to make phone calls. I’m glad that didn’t get their entire generation stereotyped. Also the technology doesn’t keep kids from being bored. Also no kid grows up in an easy life and to act like they are because they have electronics sounds really disconnected from really.

Also, because it got no representation from these people, the phone is helping my kid build real bonds, with other kids at school. We actually used to talk on the phone when we were kids. Now what? That not ok? I get technology is problematic but this conversation assumed the premise and missed ANY nuance
