That's what I keep saying, we need large indoor areas that facilitate transport of cargo. But even without that, there are places planned where lightningstorms make flight very risky.

Unlike the mule the CSV-SM is useful. Climate controlled cockpit, able to put a 2 SCU box and 3 chairs or a couch on the back as a mini loot wagon/troop carrier.

They need to make a design change on the Mule to carry 4SCU of storage, held vertically behind the driver's seat and between the small box holders on the side. I hope the way that I'm describing that makes sense. And then, to make the Argo CSV-SM still have a purpose, let it stack boxes 1SCU higher, for a total of 8SCU. This is what they need to do. It's very simple stuff.

It would take some physical changes to take an 8SCU box due to the physics of the thing right now. It's already tippy with 4. Throw an 8 in there (and you can, it just won't snap) and it tips right over.

this is likely a good choice for UGFs & distribution centers HOWEVER MPUV tractor is KING of all short distance Ship to ship/hangar logistics it beats the Atls hands down now the atls has got it's perfect uses of unloading but for moving around the MPUV is gonna wipe the floor with it. now the CSV-SM might be amazing if loose cargo had weight physics but everything in verse seems to be make from polystyrene

The MPUV would be great, maybe some day will, but not until they fix the fact that it's thrusters can't keep it airborne if you load more than a few boxes into its belly.

I have the mule and the ATLS but i didnt buy the Argo. For me to buy the Argo I would want it to have a tractorbeam from driverseat to load the argo and the cargoship that would be convenient and make it worth to carry along in the cargobay.

The Mule suffers from the same thing. I suspect in the Case of the CSV, the Devs didn't want to take away from the Atls or the Argo MPUVs.

They sold the standalone LTI version of this truck for 40 USD at IAE. Even though the difference is $4.. If ppl bought multiples.. The sales was only 1 month apart..

@BeardofOz I think they will probably just make a cargo atlas model as a way to kill it. The atls mech and mpuv tractor beam/315p will still be the most viable for bulk transport though with your primary being 32 scu crates.

This is bigger and Retarded brother of the mule. Suspension is too soft, is very back heavy and slow. For looting bunkers the best option is Pulse, because with this laser gatling can destroy all the turrets and return to ship. For looting distribution centers Mule is still better. Of course, can take less cargo, but at least can menuveur preety well in tight passages.

Yeah, the Mule still holds its place in my heart as best useless ground vehicle. Maybe one day we'll see a real impetus to use this regularly 🤔

The Mule definitely has the size advantage, and the Mules stationary turn is so useful for positioning in cargo holds.

The Mule was sold as a forklift but never worked and later the traktor beams made the concept obsolete. It needs a rework.
