Is the steam wand on the left? Are you left-handed? If so, how do you like it? It seems like I would be crossing hands steaming on the left as I hold the pitcher in my left hand.

You can choose what side you want the steam wand

It's not ideal, but I got used to it. As the shape of the wand and it's length and position actually allows me to pitch the steam wand at a certain angle and I go ghost frothing...meaning I don't hold the steam wand while frothing Nd just touching the side of the milk jug occasionally to check the milk temp.

Looks like it took 7 minute for the machine to get to temperature? Its pretty fast.
