Arishem makes me think of a High Evo type of card. Under powered for the cost, but you want it for the effect and it should be pretty competitive as long as your base deck is solid. Looks like mill decks are going to have their turn in the time out corner.

Another wave point that Cozy didn't say (I'm commenting as I'm watching so maybe he touches on this) is that if you play Wave on 2, you can play next turn but your opponent can't unless they got extra energy from something. So it could force your opponent to skip a turn while you play a 5 or 6 cost card.

I'm am going into conquest the second he comes out. Putting a rogue and enchantress and blob in the deck to counter Darkhawk gamers. No one will be prepared for the random bullshit. I aslo think he will be great with the High evo cards. Extra energy means a lot of extra value from Evo Misty Knight, Evo Cyclops, and Evo Hulk.

Curious about the activation order of start of game cards, Thanos activates before High Evo, but dose High Evo activate before or after Arishem? If Arishem goes first then High Evo affects the random cards he adds to the deck, after he would not. Also what if Thanos or High Evo are one of the random 12 cards added? Also Pixie + Arishem = RNG madness, can't wait to try this combo.

I have an interesting idea with Arieshem. Typical combos for sure aren't an option but I think 2 cards for a combo should be really good. Something corvus and morbius, venom and death, Blob and taskmaster stuff like that would make sense to me cause you are more likely to draw 2 cards of your combo in any given game rather than requiring 4-5 of them. My deck idea is : Arieshem, Venom, Corvus, Morbius, Death, Adam Warlock, Sunspot, Blob, Taskmaster, Mockingbird, Colson, Killmonger. This covers a lot of your options.

I run a Havok + High Evo deck that I'll just throw Arishem in. I'm not sure if Evolutionary will change any Cyclops or Thing or what have you that Arishem tosses in. Doesn't matter. If I get my Scorpion or Cyclops or She-Hulk the more the better. If not, I'm sure the deck will provide more than enough good cards to win.

I think they should change Spider-Man 2099 text to every time this card moves, destroy a card at the location. It makes no sense that-that it’s a one time ability meanwhile, Gambit can destroy cards so long as you got cards in your hand. You can potentially move Spider-Man2099 a total of 3-5 times in a “perfect world”.

That's too damn powerful. There's a real cost for Gambit's ability but nothing for 2099. In a game where you play 6 to 9 cards in the game on the average that 1 card could kill 5 of them with no downfall is just absurd.

@@Khay-77 idk man, because being at a Cost 5, your potential to move it is so little and maybe too late if you haven’t already buffed your Human Torch, MM and Vulture, you don’t really get to move it too much. Maybe not DESTROY EVERY TIME IT MOVES, but reset at the beginning of each turn that’s potential 2 cards destroyed by the end of game.

I will try a deck that basically has 1 important card for every archetype or at least some archetypes. Like Anhilus, Carnage, black knight, hela...basically trying to "predict" the randomness and basically giving yourself a better chance to get good combos.

I think Nick Fury is the big winner of card generators in Arishem. It helps to facilitate one of the things that makes Arishem so good in being able to play two 6 drops in the game. You brought it up as a good card but not when it came to auto-includes. I think this is Nick's time to shine and he is absolutely an auto-include.
