You know what I liked best about this wonderful interpretation? The young people playing their parts! This is how classical music lives on, when young people become captivated by the masterpieces of past masters, they then go on to learn how to play different musical instruments. Recorder is quite good instrument. I used to play it when I was at primary school. It's trivial - you only need to know grips. The sound is clear and able to change dynamics.

TB, I agree that it's just marvellous, EXCEPT for one aspect of the video. On many occasions when both recorders are in view and being played, Lucie is in focus but Charlotte is slightly out of focus, even if she is in the foreground. I realise that the video is promoting Lucie's album, but this is poor camera work.

It’s so gratifying to see so many energetic young people in-sync with Baroque Musick even down to the use of the pre-1773 bows - it is regrettable that we don’t see as many examples as this in these days of ‘insolent pop music noise’ among to-day’s woefully ignorant younger generation - May this small example from the great Handel be an example to them of what they COULD be listening-to !!
