Extremely suspicious of the other 25 arrow storks. Because if I were hunting storks, and I knew I could get people excited about my stork (and probably multiply its value by at least double), maybe I stick it with an arrow after I bring it down and tell everyone it came that way.

I think the wound age could be verified by the lack of blood and the amount of healing around the wound.

Any weapon made can be used in another country. The bullet, having been made in country x, doesn't prove it was fired in country x.
