I think AI is another tool to use in a furniture flippers armamentarium; however it will not replace that personal touch and vision that we have when a piece “talks to us” on how it wants to be re-imagined. This turned out very classy and you took it out of the eighties and looks on trend now!

Girlfriend, that turned out GORGEOUS! I didn’t even miss the laminate part being painted. That color made it look like washed wood. So it was a win win! Good call on the drawer pull color. Turned out so good. Could go beachy, boho, scandi…really any way!

Love this. It is so common to push the items you can’t decide on which diection to take, to the back of your work area. The AI seemed to give you the inspiration you needed to move forward with it. I like the choice of the block handles. That’s also a great color choice.

This is a great video! I love the design you ended up with. A comment on the market and pricing. The reason why the response is so vague is that chat GPT is not connected to the internet and is only trained up until 2021. So it cannot give you accurate information relating to the current trends and marketplace on a seasonal level. It did a great job at picking up current trends that have long life to them though!

Lily Moon paint rocks. Using black on the handles was a good choice. Personally I would have removed the center doors and insert wicker cloth lined baskets on the shelves. That would take it from 80's to current because it still looks 80's to me.

I use SW paint alot but would lo love to try some Lily Moon! I've seen their greens and they are to die for! The 3 in 1 would be wonderful to try!

Furniture that is sanded back to natural wood and restained or paint washed for an updated look always sells best in my area. So, I know what a let down it is to find a piece is not all wood. I have not used Lily Moon stains yet, but I intend to. All the colors are unique compared to the box store colors you see everyday.
