Great video- I especially like how you incorporate body mapping elements to reinforce your ideas. The arm extends from collarbone to fingertips and every part is used in bowing and supporting the violin. Your videos have given me a whole new perspective on range of motion and the various tension points to be addressed along the way. I would have never thought about tension in the palm, but it's there. Thank-you.
