Thank you for this one mam. Ive been looking deeply into how to be a good follower. This narrative of " a good leader is a good followe" I feel is a bit outdated or something I don't understand fully. Sometimes in life you have to follow. And you have to follow deligantly. There are just as much distraction and barriers to succeed in followership.
