Your videos recently are having a profound impact on me, Tara! I'm lost after 2/3 years of constant trauma and uncertainty. Things are quieter now, calmer yet riddled with grief, and I'm finding it incredibly difficult to sit with myself and know what I want from this life after having given so much of myself to my mother who was ill and has since died. It's a difficult things to be open to the world and fully accept the ways of the universe when they can be so cruel - but I think you'll agree with me when I say that the most profound and engaged moments come from accepting this openness. Maybe it's just about finding the courage and the drive to do it... that's where I'm at anyway! Hopefully I'll find my way with it :) thanks for always inspiring and pushing me to consider a new way of living :)

I read this book in quarantine, at the time I was 20/21 and honestly, it got me through so much that I was struggling with. The hate that I stored for myself, the past, my family, it helped me understand myself better and gradually give myself the attention and work that I expected from other people. Going to revisit this in my 30's!
