Great presentation. I always tell my friends with kids that the most important attributes in life are resilience and a sense of humor. People who lack one or both traits tend to be very negative. Although I have had my own battles with depression, I try to see the glass as half full and not half empty--although frequently, the easier chose is often the latter.

I Know the Brian is much more simplier & complex than discribed here the AMYGDALA is & can be a much higher vibration than survival in fact can be used in the higher spiritual planes of the Divine self Consciousness where decisions of the Greater Good vs the Good of the Self are balanced in a not just survival but a coexistance & cooperation of the The Greater Good & the Divine Self without sacrifice but a two heads are better than one type ideal. Imagine you told its you or someone else two cant make it, one stays behind both are now seperated but it takes to to lift a door to escape both are now stuck when the two combines made a greater strength in a crowd situation every hand in cooperation is a stronger postion, its our humanity that sees ahead & carrys an inured person to safety in serious situations.
