I watched a video long ago where it was just a chef making a bunch of wagashi in the comments i saw people talking about how the man not wearing any gloves. In my opinion i wasn't bothered by it, i trust them enough to wash their hands and be careful when handling customers food. i have also seen people put worse things in their mouth anyways; so whats a bit of dirt going to do if you eat a fistful of sand.
