I understand they had an agreement, but Idk if I would sue the person that let me live in his house for free for 6mos. The jeweler guy said he just wanted him out so theres obviously more to this story. What this guy does for a living (independent contractor) creating apps can generate more business for him through word of mouth, but he burned that bridge.

On the last case, with the architect, did anyone else think the plaintiff was Mr. Bizarro? He looked like a heavy drinker and I suspect he was already loaded when he came to court. Recovery is Possible Dude.

I used to do art and had also worked in a print shop for over a decade. A lot of new designers run into these issues because they don’t know about vector art, or pixels and dpi… what looks good on a cell phone or monitor could look horrible when printed. The defendant should have sent a hard proof (printed sample) to the plaintiff to get approvals before proceeding. To print companies a lot of the time it’s “crap in crap out”, meaning if you get low res images and the client isn’t willing to fix them just move forward.

You have to re- do the artwork with a papermate flair pen (all lines connected). All in black on white paper. Then upload into photoshop where using the paint bucket to drop in artwork color(s).

Actually, he’s exceptional but broad labeling aside, you do you, boo. If all worked out accordingly, I’d have a Persian American son who would be 39 yo.😢 He would be kind, tenacious, handsome, educated, highly intelligent and successful like his father. Living in SoCal 4 decades, I knew & know many Persians.

Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. Adrianknight, keep moving - it's your arch nemesis! :P I was drawn in (lol, pun unintended) by the art. I'm not a pro, but I am considering doing digital coloring pages sometime as a side job. Idk though; I don't want to turn something I enjoy into a chore. Plus side is, coloring pages are way more stress free since I wouldn't make 'em those super detailed ones either - more based off characters and monsters.
