There's no benefit to a twin scroll housing with the exhaust manifold used in Ruby. In order to make it work, you'll have to pair cylinders from both heads, making a true twin scroll manifold a nightmare to fab.

@cleetus Okay, when people are talking about billet parts, all billet means is that it came from 1 solid piece of metal. The metal could be anything, steel/aluminum etc. It's not a type of metal.

Come on. It's going to be cool to see them run together but that turbo is going to kill that motor if they turn it up. The turbo will get them into the 7s but it's going to take a different motor to handle all that boost. The motor is about at it's limit with the old turbo. 870who is just under 1100hp with a glide. I'm sure Ruby will pass Leroy at some point but just not there yet. With another 427 like what's in Leroy would be a good race. I'm sure we will see that before the end of the season.

It will as long as the tune is right. The bazooka turbo will let more cool air in and exhaust out dropping the thermal loading and backpressure. More power, less stress. At least until they set it at maximum Cleeter😄
