I’m a 15 year old girl, and went through freshman year with my political beliefs hidden and constantly shifting. In middle school I was very liberal, but started having doubts and questioning my beliefs at the end of middle school. I switched school systems for high school, with two friends of mine. Most of my friends were liberal, and I, being quiet and anti-social, just went along with it. At the time my political beliefs were shifting towards being more conservative, but I was terrified of losing the friends I had so I didn’t bring up any of my views when these topics were brought up. Around October 2023, I had a major change in my life that caused a reaffirmation in my fading faith as a Christian and I felt more confident in myself. I started being less quiet and added my actual beliefs to political conversations. My friend and I can’t agree on everything but I find myself more confident in our debates when it comes to politics. I’m extremely grateful for your content, and hope you continue. You’re an inspiration for conservative teenagers who are scared to speak out. Thank you 😊

So, about 2/3 of women think hookup culture is bad for women? If you asked only women in my generation, that would be closer to a 50-50 split at best. During my college days, almost all were doing hookups with the same popular guys. All they got out of it was passionless sex, STDs, pregnancy scares and terminations, and a loss of the ability to bond in a long-term relationship. But it became a habit they couldn't stop.
@memph76102 ай бұрын
@@randomguy5704 tbh in my generation (younger Millenials) I think there was already a fair bit of women who kept out of hook-up culture. I'd say about 15% were having no sex (obese, conservative (mostly muslims), or socially awkward or shy (lots of Asians)), about 60% were in monogamous relationships, and even the rest were not necessarily hooking up constantly. Admittedly, this was in geology, which is a field where you will have some drinking and partying, but it still attracts more conservative and academically and career oriented students than other fields. About half were living with their parents too, which discourages hook-up culture.

Yes. And moderation can be very valuable. When things go too far left you get chaos. When they go too far right you get stagnation. Balance is key. Right now, the political table cloth has gotten caught on a dog's dew-claws and is in jeopardy of being pulled off the table and taking the turkey with it. Change, in the moment, is needed.

Ever heard this quote? “First they came for the Communists, and I did not speak out Because I was not a Communist Then they came for the socialists, and I did not speak out Because I was not a socialist. Then they came for the trade unionists, and I did not speak out Because I was not a trade unionist. Then they came for the Jews, and I did not speak out Because I was not a Jew. Then they came for me and there was no one left to speak for me." The ladies should have had an awakening when they were coming after any particular group. Instead you saw benefit off of your equals destruction, and you cheered their (the men’s) demise. Now you realize they are coming for you. The men who were once there looking out for you have been beaten into near extinction. Now there are few to stand with you. The result is some other group will find reward in your demise. I used to be “liberal” before the pandemic and throughout school (even though I couldn’t vote - 26 currently). I think the problem is that they used to seem to stand for acceptance but now it has gone waaaay to far left and acceptance is now an order and what they call love and inclusion is really segregation, racism, and going after people who have their own opinions. The fact that some liberals can say they agree with, for example transgenderism, but if you say protect the kids you are now a bigot and cancelled or attacked for having concern over children. That’s not love, that’s bullying. Side note - I started watching you and Amala ekpunobi during the pandemic and think you two are amazing role models for young women and girls. I love this trend and I pray it continues to grow! Please use your platform to encourage conservative voting in ALL political races, including (and especially) local ones. This takes effort because there’s not always easy to find information on local candidates. It may mean paying for a local newspaper or their website, checking with both major political parties and their better known candidates to see who they’re endorsing, etc. I’m worried about 3 main things in the upcoming election: 1) Overconfidence from the conservative voters regarding the Presidential race (and thus laziness) 2) Losing the U.S. House and thus hamstringing the ability to actually do (or undo) anything 3) Election meddling in the form of shady vote counting and using illegal migrants to get ballots and having them submitted by mail or drop box with NO verification of citizenship anywhere in that process (simply checking the “I am a US citizen” box on the the registration form with the states prohibited from any legal means to verify whether that’s true. We need conservative people in EVERY district to get involved in voting, vote counting (or at least poll watching), and forcing cleanup of voter rolls. And in the states that are trying to pass laws that give that state’s Electoral College votes to the winner of the national “popular vote,” this needs to be shut down. Or if the laws get on the books, then file lawsuits. The democrats are fully dedicated to locking in their power forever, and then we’re truly screwed.

Ironically i never loved the dude, i mean loving any politician is wild to me, i just support conservatives values. But ive been saying for years we just need to wait for the pendulum to swing back bc mass delusion can only last so long before the effects become undeniable. Glad to see my wait may be coming to an end. Oh and a long hard wait it was. You wonder why women havent wanted to claim the title of republican? Well i can tell ya its cause you get treated like shit when you do. I mean imagine going to college as a republican woman… yeah ppl get absurdly mad when they find that out. And youre mostly alone to defend yourself against the entire class or group of ppl. So if you’re gonna be a young woman and publicly claim republican you better have thick skin and a comfort with conflict. Only once more and more women start waking up will this actually change.
