Speaking of Links awakening, I have a theory that Koholint island is the Link to the past Hyrule. You see if you compare the map to Links awakening and Link to the Past they both have the same layout and view. Both mountains from both games are up north, the castles are both in the middle of the map. And finally all villages are in the same spot. Maybe a dumb theory but who knows.
