I tried your breathing technique, and it worked, faster than when I meditate. I usually meditate Monday to Friday, but for only 7 minutes. I'm not sure how well it counts as meditation, since I don't have a mind's eye. And my aphantasia is Multisensory.

I already use 4-1-8-1 breathing and I agree it helps to relax me when anxious.

The mission of addressing brain health and getting rid of mental illness is transformative to the human race. It is mind numbing to me this has taken this long for this information to come out. It’s 40 years overdue. So again I am pleading for the love of God and everything good and holy, will Cristiano Ronaldo use his ginormous microphone to change the world. It’s at the point where it’s embarrassing. You have all these brave females coming out and saying something. Where are all the tough guys at. Hiding their scans? I’am beyond frustrated. Again I would not be repetitively screaming if it was not only a life or death issue but a quality of life issue for the 7.9 billion people that have this organ.

Is it me or does she seem emotionless? Kind of scary. I can hear it, but no other emotions to go along with her stories. Why would this be?
