Its so attractive when a women has the courage to own her own stuff and deal with it rather than hide it. Its like there is two types of people, the ones who own it and deal with it and the ones who are to scared to deal with it, so they gaslight, gossip and giggle at other people to divert the attention off their own insecurities. You can always tell what category a person is in based on their comments. Thank you Jennifer you are a amazing human for doing this. This world needs more people like you. Based on SPECT scan, she has overactive ACG, so she would need more serotonin i.e. 1. Exercise 2. Foods higher in L-Tryptotan such as chicken, salmon, nuts, turkey etc. 3. Omega 3s Obviously the first line treatments for OCD include CBT and/or SSRIs Her limbic system is lit up which overlaps with treatments for ACG 1. Exercise 2. Omega 3s 3. CBT so she doesn't believe in every negative thought she has and realize its just a thought not reality One thing they didn't mention was her basal ganglia which integrate thoughts and feelings, it was relatively higher than average blood flow, this is the anxiety center of the brain combined with Anterior Cingulate Gyrus would led to OCD symptoms. Treatment for this would involve 1. Supplements for relaxation e.g. L-Theanine (green tea), magnesium 2. Essential oils for relaxing 3. Meditation 10 minutes a day can help with Basal Ganglia and ACG 4. Diaphragmatic Breathing so in for 5 hold for 3 out for 5 hold for 3 repeat to get more oxygen to your brain Don't understand why they don't include some of above in their videos, might help their sales and help advertising if they showed applicable solutions

Thanks for the great insight. What supplements would you recommend besides tryptophan and l theanine if any? I hate ssris and the nasty side effects. Tried many.... Also heard mushrooms work well for anxiety, ocd, n depression. Thanks

Thanks for this! Very helpful. I would add cold plunges, sauna, massages cardio, yoga and all types of exercise are amazing swimming dance, racquet ball etc.

​@@aaronklein7730 Magnesium and L-Theanine for anxiety, could try Ashwagandha. Exercise is so underrated in terms of managing mental health, it helps more than antidepressant medication in the long run

SSRIs are not a sustainable solution for OCD, if it is ever one. OCD needs higher doses than depression and with it comes more side effects and higher accumulation of neurotoxins.

I understand the SPECT imaging and its usefullness. But the diagnosis and suggested treatment lacks deepth and range. Trauma and anxiety have very complex and unconscious origins and support (self defense mechanisms). It isn’t symptomatic treatment ONLY that will help. It’s one treatment that can help but there are other aspects to be looked into and help.

Dont understand. They watched a frozen second scan of her brain...and then what. Whats the point. I thought she would get some help with the problems she mentioned, with Neutofeedback. Nothing was done to help her with her problems.
