Man, I know your pain all too well. I lost my daughter as well and it’s sucks so bad. There’s a private Facebook group called “TCF - Men in Grief” and I promise you it helps so much just to have a group of fathers that know exactly what you’re going through and are there for you 24/7. He was changing a tire on the side of the interstate and was hit by an 18-wheeler and killed. Once when my Arabic friend Sam who is a Muslim was sick I laid my hands on him and prayed out loud, and once I was crying and he did the same for me. I think with the good God we serve that He was pleased that we cared enough about each other to ask His help. My son was born with his stomach not being fully developed. He almost died. I discovered this song in the hospital during one of his MANY stays during a period where I honestly didn’t think he would pull through. I could feel that this song was a message to me from God that if I left it in his hands that he could save my son. So I sang this song (and prayed) to my son every single day many times a day. This was the first song they sang at church last Sunday and I felt it all the way to my soul and it reminded me of .my dear friend Kathy Wilson. She used to sing it for me and I thought about her faith and how she took me under her wing and loved me even though I was a mess and through her love and kindness and her faith she helped bring me back to the Lord.and I am forever grateful that God blessed me with such a wonderful friend. I know she touched many hearts and lives as she did mine.She is loved and missed by so many of us but I am sure she is singing in the angels choir.I could hear her telling me to come back to God to accept Jesus as my Savior to let Him heal my broken spirit as she did before and I felt a strong pull to the altar and I got down on my knees and the pastor and everyone were praying for me and I felt the Lord calling me as I prayed and I asked for forgiveness and repented of my sins and I accepted Him in my life and heart. And surrendered my life and heart and soul to Him and chose to follow Him. I immediately felt so much freer and lighter like my burdens had been lifted,that even though I still have issues I am no longer carrying them alone and I know that whatever happens I can face it and deal with it and that I will be okay because He is holding me and carrying me through it all.

I have always loved his voice since I saw his first video singing this in a waiting room! Since I started talking, I have randomly broke out in song. Singing has always brought me peace, but somewhere along the way, I quit singing. In May, I was in a car accident. I hit a large calf, the hood flew up, completely obstructing my vision, and I drove the 'mom-car' (that I hadn't even made the first payment on) off the south side of a bridge. It landed 25 feet away on the north side of the creek. I dont scare easy, but knowing my 4 youngest babies were in that car with me; shook me up bad. By the grace of god, I kept my composure and was able to quickly get them out of their carseats & boosters. I dont know how all 5 of us walked away, but I do know we had guardian angels with us that night. About a month ago, I felt compelled to start singing hymns. I haven't stopped since. The Lord knew I had been struggling to keep up with all 5 of my babies for a long time. I was mentally, physically, and spiritually exhausted; so, he helped me rediscover the power of singing hymns. I have never felt so grateful and blessed!!

Remember when I cried. I was to dumbed down to say the words. But my heart cried to him. I remember crying out I just needed to feel loved. I remember crying several times. I've been crying more and more lately. There's so much torment in my testimony. There is no fear in love; but perfect love casteth out fear: because fear hath torment. He that feareth is not made perfect in love. It wasn't my fault though. The lord suffered his house to be broken into. So he would no what hour the thief would come When satan tormented me in that lucid dream when I was 10. He crushed my spirit. I kept beginning him to stop. He came again for my last shred of innocence. 15 years later. He controlled me with fear for 15 years. I feared my health, I always thought the worse. I was addicted to drugs. I feared everything I lost control of my mouth I asked God to wake me up. From that lucid dream Jesus Christ told me thanks for being faithful. He still trys to control me with fear. Jesus Christ is the reason why I don't fear. Without him there protecting me this was inevitable. Some day I hope to be with him. Made perfect in love with a new body. Never have to fear again Morale of the story Never underestimate the power of a single shred of your own faithfulness. If I had gone with Satan in that last lucid dream I would be cursed like satan and jezebel. I would have immediately died an eternal death. I would of never even got to hear Jesus say I no what I need to know you have kept my word you are saved. Fear of the lord would of never gripped my soul. He would of never told me wait until you get to meet me in person. This along with me would of been lost forever. At least I have hope And Jesus Christ is not empty handed

Last night I nearly died and had a heart attack from alcoholism. I grew up Christian but always had a hole in my heart. I also was having sex with men and that is something I have been struggling with for a long time. I was always afraid of dieing because I knew what the bible says about alcoholism and homosexuality. I had to go to the hospital twice in a row but the second time I went I begged jesus to save me once for all. I felt a peace and joy I have never felt before and began praising God and had understanding and love that I never had before. Jesus is lord and he is the almighty one. My blood pressure is still extremely high but I am not afraid because Jesus is with me forever and one I will be United with him in heaven. I hope the same for all of you.

Brother I feel your pain my wife of 17 years walked out with my 4 beautiful children. I was convicted by the LORD ALMIGHTY last August. Guess the GOD plan is better than mine we wasn't equally Yoked. I dont know what these guys are up to here recently, but I believe it's a shame they aren't a christian band. I think they could make it further and bless a lot more people that way. It's a shame because I believe God could do some amazing things through Bo. Just read the comments for proof of God's work just from this one video. It warms my heart to read about God's work in people's lives and brings me renewed vigor for Jesus. This is why fellowship is so important in a Christian's life. Ya'll bring hope to this weary heart. My mother in law found Bo's video of him singing in the waiting room. She was a fan ever since. Sadly, she passed away this last easter. I mad sure to play this and other The band steele songs before she passed. Her last smile on this earth was when she heard Bo's voice. Thank you for giving her comfort in her last hours.

Preacher man said pray for my pain to be healed and I said no I will not because God brought me the way for healing over 20 years ago with the high risk medication that my God was bigger than for me and my life and if you didn’t put God where He should of been I’m sorry I hope you know He is way bigger than anything I will ever manage my pain with and it’s a blessing for the man to be given knowledge to make it so the dr is blessed with healing hands using the tools God blessed us with that people used their own free will to use for bad just like the people are now who stand and allow someone to suffer in pain without independence knowing they will risk their freedom and life for it. We played this song at our oldest sister's funeral in 2020. It was one of her favorites and she used to sing it to us all the time when we were younger. She was more than a sister, she was more like our mother. Being the oldest of four, she took care of us when our dad passed in 1992 and our mom couldn't. Gosh, I miss her so much!!!

Bo, I'm so sorry for your loss, it broke my heart when I heard about it. I lost my 21 year old daughter in 2009 sure to a single car accident, she went thru a farmers fence flipped her car 394 feet. She wasn't wearing her seat belt. She left behind her little 22 month old son, which I am raising. I'm praying for you always.
