Why would it be a waste of my time? It's both a fun spin on April Fool's jokes, lighthearted and all, and the creative aspect of "What would a dog think about this movie?" still makes it a fun little watch :) Edit: The title card/intro being changed up was essentially the icing on the cake!

Fun facts: There were apparently as many as 13 dogs prepared to step in and play the role of Cujo, and most of them had a problem with being too happy on set and wagging their tails. Many of them had to have their tails tied down because they were wagging too much to fit into the role. They weren't always able to work around this though, so in some shots as Cujo is getting ready to attack someone, you can see him wagging his tail happily.

Cujo was the first Stephen King book I read and it scared the shit out of me. I remember sweating and feeling so sick while reading the last third. I saw the movie right after and was so extremely disappointed.

We taught the dogs that the cats didn't like being chased or barked at. After a while, the cats became curious and checked out the dogs. Pretty soon, no one was fighting or chasing each other and everyone felt safe. To be fair, the whole thing took us 3 or 4 months, but it worked out well in the end.
