Same I love how my favorite tv shows lead me to music that I also end up loving. So tired of the cookie cutter crap we are forced to hear on the radio. These unknown gems I seem to run across give me hope for the arts in this country!

I love love love this song! It caught my ears instantly. It’s a privilege to be able to enjoy their awesome music so easily across the internet. I’d love to be in their live gigs one day even though I live too far away from where they are.

You and I have almost identical tastes in music then, so you should check out Frightened Rabbit, Reuben and the Dark, and Wintersleep.
@shldnbschmn7 жыл бұрын
I like Wintersleep; Reuben in the Dark, not so much (kinda bland imo, like Mumford & Sons); never heard of Frightened Rabbit -I'll check 'em out, thanks. You might dig Deerhoof (the earlier stuff) & Field Music (their self-titled album in particular). Sufjan Stevens' album, Carrie & Lowell is a gem too. cheers...

It's about how parents pass down weird and crazy stuff down to their kids, and how everybody can to choose to accept it, or not. Also it begs to question whether we can choose to continue passing down those outdated, or biased ideas and stories, to our own kids or in other words "old mythologies". Or at least that is my take on it.
@sammytime10110 жыл бұрын
That sounds about right. Thanks :)
