Helpful. I “may” have learned today that when opening NOT to push my left hand against the pot. Rather simply have it there to keep pot in place. I so often knock my centered pot off center because my left hand thinks it is still centering. 😊

Helpful I think I usually push my left hand against the pot while opening. Invariably that throws it off center. I just figured that out today. So maybe the question is should your left hand be pushing against the pot?
